Could be a fatal hard disk fault. Run a disk check. If you can get into the bios, see if it has a memory test and run that too.

The only other thing that would cause that is the PSU. Even a brand new one like you said. Do you have another one to test?

Yep, most likely the PSU, I have had some go bad in as little as six months, your problem is nearly identical to mine, right down to the computer running fine for a day, and experiencing the problem the next, its your PSU, check to see if you have a warranty, the Corsair I bought has a three year warranty.
